What GridSpan is

GridSpan is a platform that businesses use to run their work: staff, clients, calls, chat, tasks, bills and maps. Each business on GridSpan keeps its own data, separate from every other business.

Your choices

You can update your details any time in My GridSpan. To close your account or ask what we hold about you, write to GridSpan from Help, or ask your company.

Using GridSpan

Use GridSpan lawfully, keep your password to yourself, and don't try to reach accounts or data that aren't yours. We may pause accounts that are misused.

Ownership of GridSpan

The GridSpan name, logo, look and design, screens, animations, text, the GridSpan apps and all of GridSpan's software are owned by GridSpan and protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights are reserved.

You may use GridSpan for your own work and your organisation's work. You may not copy, reproduce, imitate, resell, rent out, decompile or reverse-engineer GridSpan, its apps or its design, or build a similar product from them, without GridSpan's written permission. Organisations keep ownership of their own data.

Copies or imitations of GridSpan will be taken down and may lead to legal action.
